There does seem to be a growing gap between the haves and the have-nots. Without trying to sound paranoid, I want to point out that the primary issue that drives anarchy is a huge gap between the classes. Consider the French Revolution as well as other civil wars that were prompted by civil unrest due to the disparity between classes.
